Returns & Refunds Policy

At As vanilla Madagascar, we carefully prepare our products to ensure the highest quality. If an issue arises with your order, we are committed to finding an appropriate solution.
1. Eligible Products
As our products primarily consist of food and handcrafted items (vanilla beans, vanilla powder, vanilla extracts, and braided vanilla creations), specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
2. Accepted Returns
We accept return or refund requests in the following cases:
• Product received damaged
• Incorrect product received
• Missing item in the order
• Significant quality issue identified upon delivery
Any request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
3. Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Food products that have already been consumed
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

5. Review and Refund Process
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• A partial or full refund
• Store credit for a future purchase
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 business days using the original payment method.
Due to international shipping costs and export procedures, physical returns may not always be required. In such cases, an alternative solution may be proposed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
• If the error is on our side, return shipping costs will be covered by As Vanilla Madagascar.
• If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
